What supporting documents do I need to provide with my application?

Some NMIT programmes require supporting documents before your enrolment can be assessed and finalised.

Providing the correct documents as early as possible will help avoid delays in processing your application.

Depending on your programme and circumstances, you may need to provide one or more of the following.

Proof of identity:
The New Zealand Government requires NMIT to verify your identity when you enrol in a programme of study.

This includes confirming your:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Citizenship or residency status

How do I upload my documents?
You can upload your supporting documents through MyNMIT.

1. Sign in to MyNMIT.
2. Go to the Applications page.
3. Select Manage application.
4. Upload the required documents.
