How do I request a copy of my academic transcript?

You will receive an official academic transcript when you successfully complete your qualification.
If you need another copy, you can request a replacement transcript through MyNMIT.

- Order an academic transcript online
- Pay any applicable fees
As a current student, you are entitled to:
- One free academic transcript during each year of your studies
- One academic transcript when you successfully complete your qualification
Additional transcripts are available for an administration fee of NZ$25.00.
If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a free transcript, email academic@nmit.ac.nz before making a payment.
Past students:If your academic transcript has been lost or destroyed, you can request a replacement.
