How are classes and study hours structured?

Learn how the Master of Information Technology is delivered, including class times, course formats and expected weekly study hours.

This programme is delivered over a 17-week semester. Teaching and assessments take place across 16 weeks, with the remaining week dedicated to quality assurance activities, assessment catch-up, and learner support.

When will I attend class?

Learners are required to attend classes on campus for up to four days per week. Classes are typically scheduled during the afternoon.

As a full-time learner, you should expect to spend around 40 hours per week on your studies. This includes both class time and independent learning. You can complete your self-directed study on campus using our student study spaces and facilities.
