Can I get a refund for the remaining balance on my printing account?
Unused printing credit cannot be refunded when you finish your studies at NMIT.
Your NMIT network account is closed one month after the formal end date of your courses. Any remaining balance on your printing (PaperCut) account will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
To avoid having unused credit at the end of your studies, we recommend topping up your printing account with small amounts as needed rather than adding a large balance.
